去咗"清酒x生蠔"晚宴,5款清酒襯6款蠔(澳洲smokey bay、美國Kumamoto、法國Gillardeau & white pearl 、非洲giggs丶蘇格蘭no 1), 可能太大期望..原來大家普通friend,唔及蠔同Burgundy 白酒咁令大家有變化。清酒最like係越之磯春夏秋雪, 有果香、輕快、平易近人。現場酒友同老闆好熱情,請我飲黑龍、威士忌、梅酒等, 好happy😁
Attended "sake x oysters" dinner, pairing 5 sakes with 6 oysters (Australian smokey bay, USA Kumamoto, French Gillardeau & White Pearl, African giggs, Scottish No 1). I may have too high hope...it turns out that they just compliment w each other...not as perfect match as oysters with Burgundy white that uplift each other's taste. For sakes, I like d 3rd one (春夏秋雪) most w fruity & crispy notes. My sake friends & owner r v welcoming, they kept offering me other sakes, plum wine & whiskies...so happy😁
